BUILT FOR THE AGENT ERA
A form is also an interface
for your agents.
Readable pages. Structured questions. Private answers. The same simple form, wherever work happens.
Pages your agent can read
Every page has a Markdown version. Explore 120 JSON templates, or discover published forms whose owners have opted in.
Read llms.txt ↗Discover public forms ↗Your workspace, through MCP
Create a read-only token under Share → Agents. Connect an HTTP MCP client with Bearer authentication. Your token grants access only to your own forms and submissions.
https://forms.7hs.site/mcpRead-only tools: list_forms, get_form, list_submissions, get_submission, discover_forms, list_templates, get_template, get_form_schema and read_page.
A clear submission contract
Read a published form’s JSON schema. Validate answers, then submit with the respondent’s permission. Version IDs and idempotency keys protect against stale forms and duplicate submissions.
Access walls apply to people and agents. No submission write tool runs through MCP.
Actions with visibility
Configure signed webhooks and email notifications. Test saved rules with sample answers before publishing. Inspect delivery history and retry failures from Workflows.
Responses, recipient lists, access rules and signing secrets stay out of public discovery.
